This Project allowed for integration of an existing house structure, built over many levels, to a classic and integrated new house design. The concept provides interesting indoor and outdoor spaces, protection from breezes, glazed frontages to expansive ocean views, and work at home living spaces. One aspect of the house that was quite conceptual was the integration of a large aviary for birds, as part of the outdoor courtyard and entry experience.
