This House concept allowed the Owners to quickly investigate the development potential of their site. This work was completed in under two weeks and provided an indicative spatial arrangement that could then be used to provide an indicative cost. At the same time, the design concept demonstrated to the Owners, the additional space available under Council regulations and how this space could be utilised to improve liveability at the House.
