This Project initiates a scoping study for two key landholdings in McMahon’s Point, with close proximity to the North Sydney Urban Core, immediate access to the lovely Blues Point Road Urban Domain, and exceptional views of the Sydney City Skyline across McMahon’s Point and Lavender Bay. The Project Proposal creates a ‘gateway’ for the Union Street precinct, retains and enhances the existing retail shopfront and hospitality function, significantly improves the value of the two adjacent land holdings and resolves all functional requirements associated with apartment living on the two sites.
