Sunshine Coast House Project

Designed for a Friend, this project took advantage of an expansive and relatively flat site to create 3 separate and separable living ‘pods’, that could be used all together as a large house, or accommodate Air BNB guest groups at the same time as leaving available for the owners a small weekender, or accommodate a teenagers retreat as separate to the main family house as well as space for grandparents. The location of the project close to Noosa’s Main Beach also inspired a whale watching tower at the centre of the site.
