MWA 2020 BD Growth Strategy

Early in 2020, MWA undertook a review of it’s existing Client Base and Strategic Advantage, to develop a Business evelopment and Growth Strategy Paper, for action ofver the next 12 months. MWA targets to become a mid tier architecture company with established offices with repeat clients and 20 – 30 staff before end of 2022. Additionally, extending it’s existing consulting activities and client basein tthese locations, MWA seek to open regional offices in Noosa and Cairns in Australia, and a REVIT-based offshore Facility in Bali, Indonesia, before end 2023. MWA target to establish capacity for repeat work on projects up to $60m in value.
