Appointed to asssist Lend Lease to Scope and Plan a major upgade to the existing road network connecting Sydney with it’s Domesitiv and International Terminals, as well as consider airside planning to allow for effective inetgration of the new A380 fleet, Matthew led the creation of this detailed Project Scope and Methodology Statement for this detailed and complex Project.
